Costa Rica's increase in cases and its limited hospital capacity are the reasons why it hopes to limit the amount of coronavirus cases imported by tourists.
After more than five months of restrictions due to the coronavirus crisis, the first commercial flight from the United States to Costa Rica arrived Thursday at Juan Santamaría International Airport.
The report, commissioned by the US Travel Association, showed spending by US residents will drop to $583 billion this year from $972 billion last year.
