On Monday, President-elect Luis Guillermo SolÃs named 20 of his incoming head ministers, 11 of whom had contributed to his party’s election campaign. But none of them donated very much money.
President-elect Luis Guillermo Solis presented the first half of his Cabinet ministers Monday, including Vice President Helio Fallas as his minister of finance. SolÃs appeared to start his deficit reduction plan by cutting down the number of ministers in his Cabinet, assigning Fallas to double duty and eliminating another post altogether.
