The kid-founded organization is helping Costa Rica attain its countrywide goal of becoming carbon neutral, and its outreach work extends to a total of 18 countries.

On this #GivingTuesday, two nonprofits with a shared mission create a new space for stories and information about people making a difference in Costa Rica.
The Green Growth Platform will focus on converting 200 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) into green businesses, while the Blue Growth Platform will work with fisheries to comply with international traceability standards.
“It’s an amazing project that’s going to change the world!” my colleague Jacqueline told me excitedly. “It’s a new way for people to connect and start helping each other.”
