Unikornio: A new way To dine in Santa Ana

A night of open bar and all-you-can-eat fine hors d’oeuvres costs $45 per person at the Corteza Amarilla Art Lodge and Spa’s new restaurant.

When 30-year hotel veteran Jorge Salgado designed his Unikornio restaurant in Santa Ana, southwest of San José, he wanted to create a “must-do” place while reinventing the dining experience.

So he did away with menus and dinner tables and opted for a cocktail affair.

wow.. congratulations on following a well-known 'going out of business' strategy.. do you really think I would PAY 1.00 for one story about a restaurant?? not knowing if you even got the spelling correct?? Are you not aware of the failed enterprises that have tried this 'pay for my content' gambit?? I will be sad to see you go, but that is the way of the world today... hasta prontito (not!)..
