Fund allows Ticos to invest in space travel

Franklin Chang's company Ad Astra Rocket will give anyone in Costa Rica the opportunity to invest for a minimum of ₡50,000 ($100).

Thanks to Costa Rican astronaut Franklin Chang, for $100, anyone can become an investor in space travel. 

Chang’s Costa Rica-based Ad Astra Rocket Company is now offering affordable public shares to help finance its plasma rocket engine program, making Costa Rica the only country in the region where individuals can help change the way space travel is conducted.

Be nice to see some of the technical talent in CR used and developed and not expoited for a change - funding for this program I imagine would be astronomical and fall short -
SCAM!!! I will be the first to say it. This "fund" will magically colapse at some future point and leave investor wondering what happened.
