PHOTOS: Costa Rica’s Festival of Light

Costa Rica’s traditional Festival de la Luz, a holiday parade through the heart of San José, filled the capital with holiday spirit on Saturday. This year’s winner: the float from flour and corn products company Demasa, followed by Kolbi and the National Insurance Institute (INS).
