Happy Thanksgiving! Most restaurants in Tamarindo will offer a special Thanksgiving meal, including Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas, which will run about $15. Koi Restaurant, which has an expanded menu every evening, will offer a three-course special and live music for $25. Gobble gobble.

This week, on Sunday, the new Tamarindo Church will hold service in the old El Coyote restaurant on the road towards Villareal, 200 meters west of the Tamarindo Airport entrance. Pastor Lyle Watson will preside over worship services with a children’s church as well. For more information, call Lyle at 8868-0871 or go to www.tamarindochurch.com.
