In celebration of the holidays, The Tico Times will be closed from Dec. 26-Jan. 1. Look for the Year in Review updates online this week. We will continue to update the website with breaking news during the holidays. The Tico Times reopens for business at 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 2, and the first edition of 2012 will be published Friday, Jan. 6. We wish you all happy holidays!
