Retired U.S. cardiologist Dr. Lenny Karpman will give an update and lead a discussion on the health care situation in the U.S. at a meeting of Democrats Abroad of Costa Rica at the Aurola Holiday Inn in downtown San José on Sat., July 30, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
