Paul and Cassidy Barbeau of the Pura Vida Pantry are spreading health and wellness throughout the beaches of Jacó, one healthy meal at a time. They are now selling their goods, including a unique assortment of fruit leathers, raw truffles and energy balls, tropical salsas and other healthy treats, at the Jacó fair every Friday. Cassidy’s recipe book, “Living Foods for an Awakened Lifestyle,” offers a fresh take on transitioning to a healthier lifestyle through whole and raw foods.
