Beach yoga classes are now being offered in front of Hotel Arboleda in Manuel Antonio. Lorena gives classes Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m. Mats and blocks are provided, and private sessions can be arranged by calling 8663-2678. At the same beach location, Reiki master Katreena is offering classes and sessions in this energy healing art. Also available is “Masaje Místico,” Reiki and massage by two healing specialists in one session. To book a session or for more information, call 2777-6389.

Right next to Hotel Arboleda, Rafael Fallas offers delicious food and an amazing view at his Rafael’s Terrazas restaurant, open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For information, call 2777-6310.
