Tamarindo Talk

October 9, 2009

Jack Markley, owner of TamarindoFitnessCenter, is raving about the new salsa aerobics class being held at his gym every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. He wants everyone to come out and try it. There’s also a high-energy cardio kickboxing class Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. For more information about either of these classes, or the special monthly gym rate of $30 for October, call 2653-1423.

On an equally lively note, Jesse Bishop’s band, the Banana Kings, has been raising the Bar 1 roof every Sunday at 9:30 p.m. Jesse informs us that he, bass player Fi and new drummer Brother John have developed quite the weekly following for their classic and contemporary rock and blues.

Townsfolk have noticed that the road in front of Pacific Park Condominiums is actually paved. What a shock.
