Don’t Spank Your Kids Or We’ll Do Nothing

In an attempt to protect kids further, the Legislative Assembly in June passed a bill outlawing the “physical or emotional punishment or mistreatment” of children – a laudable measure, to be sure.

Problem is, the law contains no enforcement mechanisms or sanctions.
