SANDINISTAS win Granada (maybe): Alvaro Chamorro salutessupporters in Granada Nov. 12, after a second vote recountby the Supreme Electoral Commission gave the Sandinistas a10-vote win in the traditionally conservative colonial city. TheSandinistas won the first vote count in Granada’s Nov. 7 electionby 26 votes, then lost the first recount by 11 ballots to challengerDionisio Cuadra, of the Alliance for the Republic (TT. Nov.12)
